Culinary Creations

I probably spend half of my time in the kitchen, both out of necessity (no dishwasher) and enjoyment (to make things that taste like home). On any given week, I'll make all sorts of things that I would've never dreamed of making when we lived in the US. In the past 10 days, I've made a bunch of food, including yogurt, baguettes, apple fritter pops, pad thai, whole wheat pitas, roasted garlic hummus, meatballs (100+ of them for a party!), and deviled eggs. I'd say that cooking and baking new things is a pretty fun part of my life here. Of course, it's always more fun when the stuff turns out yummy!
