This year, Esther once again made lots and lots of cookies as Christmas presents for all our friends here. I gotta say, the cookies are getting fancier and fancier each year. With a baby in the house, there were many nights where Esther was laboring away for hours. She made 10 different kinds this year which amounts to more than 400 cookies! Yea, talk about perseverance...
