Happy Chinese New Year, friends!!! We spent last week in Taiwan, with lots of appointments (dentists, etc) and nice time with family. Even though we were very close to the epicenter of the big earthquake, we are thankfully just fine. For me, it was probably the strongest I've ever felt. Even though the Bay Area 1989 quake was bigger, because this time we were on the 20th floor, we shook like nothing I've ever experienced before. Anyhow, we are grateful that our family is fine.
Then yesterday we traveled to Vietnam for a vacation with Richard's family. The beach is definitely refreshing to my soul. Here are a few pics from our trip thus far. Richard has plans to eat pho everyday. Today, he successfully ate it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Haha!! We are having a great vacation and hope you have a very happy new year!!!
