Richard and I love cooking, so when we were in Vietnam, we decided (for the first time) to take our kids with us to a cooking class. I'm not sure I would do it again, but I'm glad we did it since it was something we wanted to do. It was a fun day of boat rides, fishing, and learning to cook Vietnamese food!
