We recently started a tradition with our friends that on Thursday nights, we alternate babysitting so that the other couple can have a date night. It's been a long time since we've been able to have consistent date nights, so I hope this tradition lasts! Last night, Richard and I went out on a date to a hot pot restaurant for dinner...then we had dessert (ice cream sundae and french fries =)) at a sort-of-Western fast food restaurant. That's about as good as it gets here! It helps that Noah LOVES the other family (especially all the kids) and never wants to leave their house. So we all had a great date night! =)
