What refreshes you? Over the years, I've realized that the beach refreshes my soul...maybe because I'm from California...maybe because overseas we've always been landlocked...whatever the reason, my soul finds joy in hearing the sound of the ocean and enjoying the beauty of a sunset on a beach.
We're in Taiwan for the better part of the month processing some paperwork, and we decided to take a quick three-day trip to the beach. Our after dinner walk along the beach reminded me of how good it is to bask in His creation, enjoy His blessings, and refresh our souls.
