It's been such a blessing living with family during this time. One of the perks is that Richard and I get to go out on dates after the kids go down to bed...or whenever we get the chance. Last week, my brother hooked us up with an extra special treat. Since he works for a restaurant chain and they were having a training week, he was able to score us an invitation to a "practice run" of the new restaurant. It was kind of like the reality cooking shows where people get to "practice" on you, and then you get to evaluate the whole experience afterwards. Although, since these people were pros, I would dare to say it was way better than a restaurant wars challenge or anything like that! The food was amazing....it was so yummy....and it was all free!!! Seriously the best date night ever! YAY!!
